Affordable Therapy
Our junior psychologist intern, Lucy, offers affordable online therapy at just €50 per session. Sessions are held remotely from the comfort of your home, and are supervised by Stefania as part of Lucy’s clinical training. This is a great option for clients who are looking for support but may not be able to access therapy at standard rates.
Lucy provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences at your own pace. She has experience with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), schema therapy, mindfulness, and goal setting. She also works with topics such as self-worth, burnout, work-life balance, anxiety, coping strategies, friendships, and communication.

Couples Therapy
Relationships can be both rewarding and challenging. If you and your partner are experiencing recurring conflicts, communication breakdowns, or feelings of disconnection, couples therapy can provide a supportive environment to address these issues.

Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to connect with others facing similar challenges. In a safe and confidential setting, participants can share experiences, gain diverse perspectives, and develop coping strategies.
